I'm not gonna lie. I HATE sports bras and I LOVE sports bras. It's a constant struggle to find something that looks good, feels good, AND keeps everything in one place.
When Victoria's Secret discontinued their one and only sports bra that I kind of liked, that was my last straw. I had asked the store attendant what happened to my favorite bra and she said they were all gone forever. I literally felt like someone had kicked me in the boob. What was I going to do? My girls need their support!
I had heard of SheFit quite often across social media but figured since I had my precious VS bras, I didn't need anything else. Boy was I wrong.
Perk #1: The package arrived SUPER fast.
After one of the straps on my bra started fraying, I took the plunge and purchased a size 1Luxe sports bra and for the heck of it, I nabbed their lounge bra as well, for a total of $96 and free shipping. It arrived in two days, just like Amazon Prime! I will say right now that the lounge bra is very comfy but nothing exceptional so let's just focus on the sports bra.
Perk #2: It is SUPER customizable.
I tried the sports bra on and wore it for the day to test out the comfort level. The awesome thing about these bras is that they are very customizable, so you can adjust them based on how comfortable/how supportive you want them to be.
Perk #3: It is the most supportive bra I have ever tried.
A few days later, I wore it to spin class. I tightened the chest strap and cinched the twins up for maximum support and they didn't budge the entire spin session. That's the funny part: for me, the one thing that took some time to get used to is that these bras have NO give. I'm used to elastic straps and stretchy cups but the SheFit has ZERO give, which is exactly what I need in a good sports bra, but it just felt weird for a day. But now I'm totally used to it, and I love it.
Bye, bye Victoria's Secret! No more stretchy, bouncy sports bras for me. I even ordered another just so I'm not using the same sweaty bra every day for my workouts. For kicks, here's a bonus pic of my son trying on the Shefit lounge bra.
